Treino especial na filial da IKO Nakamura Brasil em Santo André no dia 23/06/2024! 🌟 Sob a liderança do Sensei Adriano Bueno, tivemos um dia inesquecível com o Shihan Daniel Reis 5° Dan e os Senseis Eric Toshio 2° Dan e Camila Sayuri 2° Dan. Foram 4 horas intensas de nivelamento técnico, com foco no Kihon (treino básico), correções dos Katas e dicas valiosas de luta (Kumite). 🥋💪 ⠀ Agradecemos a todos os participantes pelo empenho e dedicação. Under the leadership of Sensei Adriano Bueno, we had an unforgettable day with Shihan Daniel Reis 5th Dan and Senseis Eric Toshio 2nd Dan and Camila Sayuri 2nd Dan. It was 4 intense hours of technical leveling, focusing on Kihon (basic training), Kata corrections, and valuable Kumite (sparring) tips. 🥋💪

エイドリアノ・ブエノ先生の指導のもと、ダニエル・レイス師範 5段とエリック・トシオ先生 2段、カミラ・サユリ先生 2段との忘れられない一日でした。4時間にわたる技術のレベルアップに集中し、基本稽古 (キホン)、型 (カタ) の修正、そして貴重な組手 (クミテ) のヒントが行われました。🥋💪
